I’d like to talk about a western dish, sandwich, which I’m really into. The first time I ate it was in my childhood, I think, I would never forget the special flavor, coz it is totally different from shanghai dishes. As I grow up, I’m still fond of sandwiches, as it is convenient for me to eat even when I am too busy to have a meal.
In fact, it is very easy to make a sandwich. Initially, mix the peanut butter and mashed banana together and then lightly toast the slices of bread. Next, spread the peanut butter and banana mixture on the toast. After that, close the sandwich and put it in a pan with melted butter. Finally, fry the bread until it's brown on the both sides.
Anyway it is one of most delicious food I have ate in my life and increasingly more people are interested in this type of western food.

1.What kind of food do people like to eat in your country?
Many people, especially youngsters, are keen on junk food which are fattening. However, increasingly more people have come to the realization that it can lead to obesity. Thus many of them have converted to vegetarians or even vegans.
2.What are influences of fast food?
American fast food chains have extended their reach across the world. The restaurants offer fast, affordable food that could be eaten in-store or taken away. The change has significant social influences. The pace of life has increased beyond the wildest expectations and families have less time to get together.
3.Do you think people today cook more than decades ago?
No, I don’t think people cook more than before, since people have a faster pace of life. As far as I’m concerned, most people, especially young people prefer eating out to preparing at home. One for thing, they are too busy to cook; for another, they would like to enjoy more styles of food in restaurant.
