In addition, test takers who would like to reschedule or cancel their registration must do so on the NEEA TOEFL IBT registration website no later than ten full days in advance of the test date. Please note that when calculating ten full days prior to the test date this does not include the day of the test or the day of your request. This policy also takes effect November 1st. These changes are necessary to cover expenses generated when seats are reserved at test centers and then rescheduled at short notice when they are unlikely to be assigned to other test takers.
