•減少上下班（上學(xué)放學(xué)）時(shí)間，減少給社會(huì)交通帶來的壓力
•增加員工（學(xué)生）的動(dòng)力，減少在公司（學(xué)校）需要面對(duì)的各種壓力
•節(jié)省辦公室（學(xué)校）空間和設(shè)備，從而減少費(fèi)用開支
在家工作學(xué)習(xí)的缺點(diǎn)---
•不利于管理員工（學(xué)員）和監(jiān)督其工作（學(xué)習(xí)）
•很難集中培訓(xùn)導(dǎo)致員工（學(xué)員）工作和學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量下降
•很難保持團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，缺乏交流同事（同學(xué)）之間有疏遠(yuǎn)感
